When I first purchase the vehicle I was informed by Abel the sales representative that the detalling job was going to be freeOnce I signed all the papeprwork with finance they fail to give me a copy of my bill of saleAt that time I knew there was somehting wrongI asked for this to be faxed as I live minutes away Abel fail to fax it so I went personally to pick it up when I notice there was $being chargedI call the [redacted] who said I can cancel the service I will just have to go personally and sign another paperI went to the dealership told the finance person what had happened and he said maybe Abel forgot to inform the fiannce person this will be freeThis was just a verbal aggreementAll I want is for them to send the $back to my lender so this can be appplied to my loanI dont want the detalling job unless it was free which was notI have left several messages for someone to contact me in regards to this matter and nobody has done anything to help me at the dealership
