I never received a check let alone, or any money this ledger for my move-outI have to believe this was definitely fabricated because what is the check/registry number of the $they are claiming to have refundedAs so much as the response given on the business, I was never supposed to be EVICTEDIf so why would I letters claiming my condition and my lawyer contesting to such and the business response letter to release meThey chose to release me due to medical issues I was having given the apartment had mold and dog blood in the carpetI and my daughter were sick everydayI stand by that I got my carpet clean once by me 4-07-and once by the business 4-23-which I have receiptsWas never credited backIf you look at the ledger its says $credit but the balance is I do attest that I could not get to the City of Fargo to pay the $for trash removalAlso they did not send any money back to meI gave them my forwarding addressWhere did it go? I believe they have the video, if not I can definitely send a copy along with other photos to Kumar and HUD for the shameful condition they chose to rent out to me And as for the Unauthorized guest causing me to get an eviction"", I called the police on the neighbors because of their treatment towards my guestI have the proof of the call logAfterwards, they retaliated saying my guest stole itemsSo therefore if this the route, they wanted to go, I will take them through cleanersI am actually being nice considering, they know they left with out a home before and after moving in! As I have discussed multiple times, I did not live at the property after January I did ask Moorhead to disconnectThey said that only the property management could change the service since they are the owners of the property and they placed the utilities in my nameI was only responsible for rent

Please have her send us the bills and we can look at the dates and make sure she did not got charge for anything she was not responsible forI checked with utility company and they can't release anything to me because it's confidential info of herAgain please provide us the copies of the bills she paid and we will determine who's respoinsibility was thatAgain we did paid utilities at the apt and she was only responsible for the electric

***'s lease suppose to end in 03/31/She had many unauthorized guests and problems with neighborsWe asked her that she can leave early or we will be evicting herAccording to her lease we waived $dollars to break the lease as wellWe have her
credit of $on 04/08/as well and didn't even charged her with carpet cleaning or cleaning as well
She had a security deposit of $shown in her ledger attachedWe gave her back $and only charged her for pile of stuff she lft outside that was removed by the city for a minimal charge of $
Please note we consider this more than fair and good deal for her otherwise she was responsible for paying the rent till March 2016, paying for $lease breaking charges, cleaning charges, and carpet cleaning charges

I have to believe this was definitely fabricated because what is the check/registry number of the $260 they are claiming to have refunded. As so much as the response given on the business, I was never supposed to be EVICTED. If so why would I letters claiming my condition and my lawyer contesting to such and the business response letter to release me. They chose to release me due to medical issues I was having given the apartment had mold and dog blood in the carpet. I and my daughter were sick everyday. If you look at the ledger its says $143 credit but the balance is 0. I do attest that I could not get to the City of Fargo to pay the $40 for trash removal. Also they did not send any money back to me. I gave them my forwarding address. Where did it go?
