I sent my technician out to look at a customers roofI advised the home owner to fix it correctly would be our minimum of 475$He wanted To fix it in a diff way to save cost and we told the homeowner we cannot do that kind of workRkg did not perform the workWe always provide a contract and a
receiptHome owner paid my worker on the side to come to find out to save that cost OUTSIDE of rkgRKG has no ties w this home owner

This company has owed me money since march. This company will lie and say things that is not the truth. Just a side note make sure they have permits. They do work without permits I know this for a fact iUsed to work for this company & I had thought of this company a great company at the time. I got into a situation where I had to sell my child hood home from a false arrest in North Richland HIlls Inside MY own Home. He had thought I was in the wrong so I lost my job. which I got back. I had him out to my home with one of HIs investors Which I did not accept HIs offer; that was on a sunday well come monday the next day I had some stuff I had to take care of with a contract that would expire that day well needless to say he had the biggest attitude and have not been paid for 99.5 hours that I have worked.

And I had informed that I would be needing to take some time I was told ok that is fine just get me out of the currant house we was rehabbing well quess what guess I was lied to.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I have email, text messages and phone records from [redacted]
the owner of RKG discussing scheduling the work, discussing several attempts for
[redacted] to install the turbine, and more importantly, I have the message from
[redacted] stating that he is sending a representative from his company to my house
to perform the install. In doing so, RKG has stated that they send an agent of
there company to act on their behalf. This statement verifies that RKG does in
fact have business ties to me, despite there claims to the contrary. I also as a
habit, record phone conversations with new contractors. Texas is a “one party
consent” state and I am allowed by law to do so. I also have phone records and
text records from the RKG employee Jarrod [redacted] saying he was going to
replace the turbine with the correct size.
I believe RKG should reconsider their statements. I am 100%
willing to produce the artifacts I have proving my statements. If this matter cannot
be resolved through Revdex.com acting as arbitrator, I will take this matter to Parker
County Court, though I would rather that not be the case.
The replacement turbine would cost RKG around $50. I am still
perfectly willing to allow RKG to install the replacement turbine correctly,
shake there hand afterwards, and drop any further pursuit of this matter, which would
include asking the Revdex.com to lower RKGs rating, and taking my case to social media and local building associations.
The alternative is to go to court, at which time the cost to RKG in money and
reputation will far exceed the cost of a $50 turbine. To me this would not only
be a simple business decision, it would be the right thing to do. I would hope
RKG would accept this suggestion.

I am [redacted], the legal owner of RKG and I would like to talk to the customer via phone to gain a better understanding of what happened here if possible. I am willing to have someone fix the turbine as the customer is requesting, but I would appreciate his feedback so I can correct what went wrong within this transaction leading to this. From my stand point, We we’re contacted to do the stated job and scheduled a sub contractor we previously used  for roof repairs Jerad [redacted] to do the job. Mr [redacted] informed us when he arrived the customer was not home and the job was not rescheduled. A transaction between the customer and RKG never took place. Is the customer saying that we never showed up to the job because he could have hired someone else to do it if that’s the case or is he saying that we did install a turbine and it isn’t functioning properly? I would like clarity on that. Unfortunately we let Jerad go and so I cannot get his side therefore am willing to take the customer at his word and again, get this resolved. I would just like to know exactly what happened so we can prevent any further issues. Does the customer have a receipt for the amount paid if there was any? I would also like the discussed correspondence if he has any that reflects something other than what I just stated so I can be made aware. i agree that regardless of what’s right, wrong, or indifferent, a turbine is a better business decision going to war with a customer and therefore will agree to the customers request. I would just like to fix the problem within my organization if it wasn’t solved with the firing of me [redacted] already,  if there is in fact one.  Thank you you very much . Respectfully, [redacted] is my direct cel.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I accept RKG’s offer to replace the turbine. I
would ask that this be scheduled to be performed as soon as possible.
I would be happy to speak with Ms [redacted] either
by telephone or in person is he prefers to provide feedback. How does she wish
to arrange for this? She is free to call me if that is her preferred method
To address Ms [redacted]’s question:
“Is the
customer saying that we never showed up to the job because he could have hired
someone else to do it if that’s the case or is he saying that we did install a
turbine and it isn’t functioning properly?”As stated in the original complaint, the turbine was installed,
but the turbine is the wrong size and was installed incorrectly.

Regards,
[redacted]
