who provided the service to Mr***sRamon told me thatwhen he took the vehicle from Mr***s it was on park position he put on drive and moved it few yards to park it in the closest parking space up front,then when he put the shifter on reverse the shifter didn't stay on that position and he could move it between park and reverse freely, so he applied the emergency break on and ran inside to get Mr***sThe first thing Mr***s did was telling Ramon that he caused this damage because he wasn't gentle with his shifter All what Ramon did was shifting from drive to reverse with no effortMr***s's car is years old and anything could happen at anytimeI trust what my manager Ramon told me, he had no reason to use excessive force because our policy at Rkg for any malfunction on any vehicle is to leave everything and call the customerOne thing Mr***s said in his letter that I told him on the phone that RKG is not responsible for damages that happens to vehicles in our posation This is a statement all I said that RKG is not responsible for any mechanical problems happens to vehicles like transmission failer or leak or even engine falier and no valet insurance company will cover mechanical problemsAlso by law valet companies are not responsible for mechanical malfunctionsWe have been in business for over years we serve severalrestaurants , shopping centers and dealerships we had incedents and small accidents and we always took care of our customers but never had someone claming that we broke his gear shifterWhen I spoke to Mr***s I never accepted responsibility for the incedent and he told me he was going to take it to the dealership but the only time he called me after that was to ask me to pay for the damage and needs my insurance informationWe at RKG always provide the best service to our customers and always take responsibility for any mistakes our employees cause.In this caseI'm sure Ramon was not the reason for the vehicle to malfunction and the management of *** and I trust Ramon because he had no reason to use excessive force on Mr***s vehicle and he has no reason to lie since we are responsible to pay for damages and we don't make our pay for damages Thank you Mohamad K*** Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

This letter is to inform you that R.K.GValet Service Inchas carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 9/23/4:20:PM and assigned ID ***.After making another attempt to contact Mohammed on 10/13/we came to an agreement and a settlement for the vehicle damages on September . We talked over the phone and found a way to resolve the matter and move forward.Once the agreement was met my feelings towards company are eased.I do not doubt they do good work and have done so for years. It made me feel better to know that the incident respected and could've been caused by a employee of R.K.G.; and the liability for the damages were not solely our responsibility
