If you are looking for a company that does not show up and does not call to tell you they are not showing up this is the company for you. We made an agreement to do the work. It rained the first day he was supposed to show up. He did not call to cancel. I He finally returned my call and gave some lame excuse however all he had to do was call and let me know what was up. Three strikes and you are out. Not at all reliable.

I have used RKZ Tree Service more than once. They did the job quickly and cleaned up great when done. Great prices. Would recommend to anyone. Will call again. Thanks for a job well done.

Review: I am the owner of [redacted]. I would like to make a complaint against RKZ Tree Service for not delivering the proper service for which they received payment.

On May 2014, I needed a tree to be cut on the property, as it was blocking my tenant’s business sign. After I received the permit from the town of [redacted] to cut the tree, Mr. [redacted], owner of RKZ Tree Service, agreed to cut the tree and grind the stump for a total fee of $250. On May 14th, Mr.[redacted] came and cut the tree but did not grind the stump. However, he promised to return with the stump grinder in two to three days, so I saw no problem with paying Mr. [redacted] the full fee of $250 with a business check the day of the cutting. He cashed the check the same day.

Since that day two and a half months ago, he has never come back to finish the job for which he received payment. I have called both his business number and personal cell phone more than a dozen times and have left messages, but he has never answered or returned my calls. My wife has also been attempting to contact Mr.[redacted]. A month and a half ago, she actually successfully made contact with him over the phone. During their conversation, he requested that the public utility company mark their lines before he returned to complete the job, so he could do the grinding safely without touching their lines. This request surprised us, as it was the first time he had ever mentioned to me or my wife the necessity of these marks to grind the stump. My wife called Mr. [redacted] back a few days later and left a message that everything was already marked and ready for his job. This message never received a response.

Based on his conduct the past few months, I have come to believe that he is intentionally avoiding me and has no interest in finishing the job. My wife and I are both very disappointed in his failure to keep his promises and the lack of professionalism and respect with which he treats his customers.Desired Settlement: We would like Mr. [redacted] to return and finish grinding the stump as soon as possible. We would also appreciate an apology for his failure to respond to our repeated attempts to contact him and for failing to keep his end of our agreement.

Great job. Work done quickly and clean. Great crew. Great price. Used many times.
