Even if their system crashed and they lost 1,orders, I left over messages with their answering service and not once did they call meI also sent many emails, but none were replied toI also tried to get a reply by leaving a post on their Facebook pageBut after posting, instead of them replying they deleted my posts twice and blocked meSo this is not a company who had a problem and TRIED to DEAL with the problemI was IGNORED until I contacted the Revdex.com! And now they state to you they have refunded me? NO! I have only been refunded for my shipping feesI purchased a GROUPON for THE PAINTED PRETZEL for $And now that I didn't get my purchase from TPP, I'm out of $20! When I asked dad what he wanted for Christmas, he said something sweet and chocolaty! I saw a GROUPON for TPPWell, I had just seen TPP on SHARK TANK, and thought they must be good to be on that show, so I purchased the GROUPON for my dad! Well obviously he didn't get it, and obviously TPP could care less!
