Dear *** ***, This link shows the 0% Buyers Premium listed on the top of the listing. All of the LG A/C ads had this listing while live, and now the wording only appear on some of the items. Someone deleted wording, or edited the terms after the auction began, and the RL team
is now lying about the event.***The owner *** *** is changing the wording and not honoring his ad. He will not accept responsibility, and is questioning the integrity of his clients. I will never do business with RL again, as he is deceitful and dishonest. I am rejecting this response because: He is misrepresenting the auctions and has lost our business. Horrible customer service is never rewarded with patronage.
The link and item below are not items purchase by [redacted]. The item advertised with 0% premium was sold to that buyer with 0% charged because of the advertisement. [redacted] and her agent did not receive any items with this advertisement and thus the discount was not given to them. I told him at the time of the meeting that if he showed me the 0% premium on his items I would honer it; however he did not and could not. If he can produce the items that he purchased with the 0% I would give it to them. This is real simple situation show us the advertisement that works with his lots he purchased and he too will get the reduced rate. However if there is not evidence produced then the normal charges apply.
