R.L. Spears

Review: Their web site is rlspears.com about 5 months ago we took our stuff the R.L. Spears to be auction off. It took them almost 3 months to finally put my items on after me calling about 25 times. they were very rude about me calling. The workers told me that can just leave my stuff if I keep it up. So I chill out. After another month pass some of my items went on..I check every single auction that was on and called them right away and told them they where items missing from my auction. no one answered the phone. I had to call about 8 times before I got Mr.Spears. he told me he would look into it. the Auction ended and it’s been a month again and still no answer.. They have an inventory list of all that I took to them. They just simply done Care. The workers are really rude..and thieir boss seems to not care ether... I just call today and ask about my Items and Mr.S[redacted] told me OK mike we are going to drop everything to find your Stuff. he was being smart.. I have been in business for a few years and this is not how you Conduct a Business. his number is ###-###-#### emails is [redacted]@rlspears.com .The Items that are missing are 3 sculptures and some other items they have the Inventory list..Desired Settlement: Return the Items that are missing are 3 sculptures and some other items they have the Inventory list.
