Review: Ordered two lights in October 2012, received one ([redacted] box was soaked and open upon arrival and never received the other. Got online with RLA and then they said they found one of the second light and sent the second one finally. NEITHER of the lighting fixtures was the proper length as ordered. RLA offered to have cable sent and I instructed them not to do that as I cannot change it and honestly feel that since it was ordered properly, it should be correct from manufacturer. I ordered the correct length and THEY BOTH WERE SENT STANDARD AND NO ONE PAID ANY ATTENTION TO THE NEEDED LENGTH except in the order. I was also told that the second one [redacted] would take 21 days because of the need for diff length at ordering and that was fine. The lights cannot be used at the length they sent. I have been trying to get the company to get the items correct and send to me, but after SIX months of their lies about they will send, they will send .... and never do. The company has refused to even talk with us in the past 30-45 days. We send emails, leave messages and no responses at all. I now have $3000 paper weights.Desired Settlement: We would like the new lights sent to us with [redacted] or what ever service they choose to use, to pick up the incorrect lights when the new ones are delivered. Want this done simultaneously as the money has been paid in October 2012 and at this point we do not trust them and if they are sent back to them, there is no guarantee they will send us anything in return and since they do not correspond, the deal has to take place as described. If it is not possible, we want full refund and they can pick up
