In answer to the claim by Ms*** regarding being turned over to collections Ms*** along with her father had stopped in the officeArrargements were made between Ms*** and ***
*** our District Manager, if Ms*** would pay the portion that the collection
agency would charge us to collect, we would write the balance off, and get it released from Collection StatusWe had discovered that the insurance that Ms*** claimed she had originally(CIGNA Ins), was not the insurance she had (CIGNA DHMO)When the insurance was corrected, the insurance company denied
her claim, leaving the full balanceIt was Expected that if her insurance was what she stated she had originally, there would not have been a balanceShe has never paid anything other than a whitening kit!
Our office manager, Cari called Ms*** requesting that she call back and pay accordingly (Collection Agencies portion only)Ms*** never answered/returned calls, nor has she paidUntil she makes
payment, she will stay in Collection StatusShe wanted to speak to the Doctor in the office, however he does not make those types of decisions, and she had nothing to gainThe individuals she needed to
speak with were the Office Manager and tile District ManagerAt this point and time she has not paid anything, so there is no reason for us to remove her from Collection StatusSincerely,

We are in receipt of your letter regarding the aboveAfter reviewing this letter with our staff, this is what I can piece together happened .She was seen on 12/31/14, and we did nc t hear from the patient until she received her second bill for the balance of her work, which would have
been the end of MarchShe had not called prior to this time. We give the patient an estimate of what it is going to cost and collect accordinglyIf there are additional charges then they will get an invoice, or il we collect too much, they receive a refund check. Once the patient received the second bill she called and didn't want to see the Doctor to see if the re was any other issue going onWe have never heard of the issues she is presenting with being in pain. She never stated anything at the appointment either.We feel she owes the $for the work that was completedShe may have another issue going on that she feels is related to his denti st appointrnent, but is in fact not re latedThe Dentist in Janesville is a very highly skilled, highly thought of dentist and he is thorough with what he does.If you should have any questions, please contact me.Sincerely,RU DentalCorporate Accou

This letter is in regards to a complaint that was filed by *** *** ***.
We have looked into this matter. We have found that Mr*** statements are un truthful. There will be no refund of any kind. We consider this matter closed

I went to the dentist and was given an incorrect answer twice at both appointments within a two week period as to my tooth issue. I was told to go see a specialist which I did and they confirmed what I was trying to tell the originating dentist the problem was. I believe when you go see a professional you should get what you paid for and if not a refundis in order. Dentist should be held to the same standard as every other professional.
