To whom it may concern:Thompson Trucking received a complaint ( [redacted] ) through the Revdex.cominvolving an incident in which a driver damaged some personal propertyThompson hasaccepted full responsibility for the damage and all of the expenses associated with itThecomplaint stated that the company had not yet paid the bills that were a result of this incident.We received three total bills: one from the [redacted] , one from [redacted] , and one from [redacted] Our payables department processed payments for the first two in December, shortly after the incident occurred (the [redacted] on the day he performed the work,and the [redacted] check cleared the bank on December 30)I believe because the last invoice hadpaid written on it, there was confusion as to how to handleAfter speaking with the customer thismorning, we determined that she should have been reimbursedAs of this morning, ThompsonTrucking has reimbursed the customer for the full amount on the last invoice and hand deliveredthe check.The customer also stated that they had emailed us several times when trying to get resolutionIhad the Safety Director go back through his emails this morning to verify that we had notreceived her emailsI have written a letter of apology for the delay in reimbursement and haveasked her to contact us by phone in the future if she ever needs anything further.Regards, [redacted] Thompson Trucking, Inc./RLJ Thompson Trucking

The garbage disposal in our apartment stopped working last ThursdayI called the apartment office and left a message Thursday night letting them knowOn Friday I submitted a maintenance ticket online through their website as wellMy husband went into the office and spoke to a person face-to-face who indicated that they were not aware of either one of the other two reports of our garbage disposal not workingWe left on vacation and came back a week later and nobody has looked at our garbage disposal in an entire week or contacted us about itThis is just one example but this is typical of what we deal with when we run into a problem

Review: Thompson driver delivering gravels tore down the electrical line from the pole and off of my house all the way down to the meter box. [redacted] the safety director came to the house and said they would take care of it . Electrian had to be called, siding had to be replaced. I faxed the bills, asked if he received them by email around Dec.18th, he said yes, it was in the payment dept. These where sent the first week in December. I email [redacted] again Jan 1, 2015 no response, I email the company around the10th of Jan. for someone in charge to call me no response.Desired Settlement: To take care [redacted] Bill which is now charging interest and pay me for the siding That was replaced
