In response to Complaint ID #***
We reviewed the complaint from Mr*** requesting
money back for repairs needed shortly after the purchase of his vehicle
Even though the vehicle was purchased “as is”, we decided
to refund Mr*** the customer
portion of the repair due to the low number
of miles driven between purchase and the time the “check engine” light came on
Our sales manager has contacted Mr*** and sent a
check to him today. We believe that this
complaint has been resolved

Our management staff is aware of the concern and will work directly with Mr. [redacted] to resolve this issue.
