I needed a pergola built outside to shelter from the rain and sun. *** stayed that he could do the job and completed it within a few days. It then rained and there were some leaking issues, *** came out and attempted to fix it, it still continued to leak and he asked me to inform him if it co tinted that he would come and fix it. He never came back, Now the leaking is so bad that it is not only damaging what he built but part of my roof as well. He has ignored my calls, texts and emails which leads me to believe that he has no intentions of fixing it, since it has been a couple of months that I have been trying to get this resolved.
I just need this fixed and if he is not capable of doing it, for him to have someone fix it, as in the contract it states seal from leaks and rain. Now everything under the pergola is getting damaged due to poor construction.

I have video of the pergola during the rain and dry with no leaking. Working at her property feels uncomfortable as she has many unpermitted structures and electrical and plumbing all added and ran throughout without permits. I completed the job and had everything complete to her liking. She stated how she has multiple cases and lawsuits against other contractors and I figured it would be best to complete the job and block her number and move on my way. I declined additional work from her. If there are issues we have no problem going back and sealing them if she hasn't done things like add additional structures or fans etc. I apologize for not receiving the complaints before, this was the first notice I have received.
Her home is a hotel. With illegal structures built in the backyard. She has multiple people living in a raised shed and a bathroom placed in the backyard with electricity and water illegally. Multiple strangers coming in and out. It's not a good workplace. Maybe she lied about the lawsuits to intimidate me and it worked. Again her place is a hotel or Airbnb which is fine but I am not maintenance. The pergola was sealed in my video. To become unsealed one of her many guests in the illegal structure must have done something.

*** knows that the structure he built is still leaking. I never mentioned any lawsuits to him. This guy is a piece of work. He knows he never came to fix it and this video was when he first completed this structure. and the first day there were no leaks and the following day there were leaks. and he said he was going to come back to fix it.
who is theretaening and trying to intimidate who? I don't want someone like this at my house and actually after seeing him trying to use threats and coercion for what he knows he didnt come fi as promised. I don't even want him here at my house. as I fear that he would peobably mess things up or break things here.
My home is my home and if I want to rent a room innside I am allowed to. Having an outside shower for my pool from my hose is not illegal.
I never asked this guy for money or favors, I asked him to fix something he built that had a defect. after he told me to inform him if it was leaking. BUt I honestly now fear for my safety, as he is showing his character with threats and lies. and fear that he could do ANYTHING to me or my children living at home.
I will have someone competent come and take care of the mess. Thank you for showing me who you really are ***. A Liar and a Fraud. You and I both know that the structure is leaking and that you said you were coming to fix it and never did.
