Sent: Sunday, November 15, 9:PM Subject: Case # [redacted] - R&M Agency Insurance Hello, I am sorry for the delay on getting back to this complaint against agencyI was trying to get a hold of the client ,finally I was able to come to a settlement with the client ,this client was written by an ex-employee from R&M Agency which apparently did not leave no paperwork or file to be found in the office for this client so it took me a few couple of days to get the situation straight , I asked the client if he had any receipts and he dropped of a piece of paper by hand with an amount of what he consider to have been making payments For renewal of year it was cancelled due to never receiving signatures not for non-payment based on this information I offered the client to return the full refund he agreed and stopped by my office on 11/11/to pick up a check and signed a paper that he was satisfiedAs for the comment that was made by [redacted] I am against it 100% since first of all I do not know who this person is because I only show person as owner to the company and this name does not appear on any of the paperwork ,so her accusing the agency of fraud and lying to customers , I am sure she has no evidence that can prove thatThis was a mistake by an employee who was an agent for R&M Agency not the agencyAs for this agency selling all types of insurances yes this is correct and never in years have any complaint been against the agencyThe agency cooperated with this client in returning the complete refund even though no receipts were received by the customer himselfThank you if you have any questions please feel free to contact us

she claims that my agency is not appointed by *** which is ,R&M Agency does have an active contract with this company as well with many more, the agency did not steal any money from her or any client she was charged agency fee for services that were provided to her company and her husband’s company for a long period of time which include *** *** *** *** * ** *** *** *** *** I discussed this items with *** *** and offered to return $to her to keep her as a client and I also mentioned she has the right to choose a different agent to provide her customer service needs, she decided to stay under my agency since she has been working with us for several months and claims she does not like moving from agent to agent*** and her husband *** stopped by the office to pick up a check from R & M Agency to settle the misunderstanding from the beginningShe was satisfied with this amount and is currently handle and serviced by my agencyR&M Agency does not steal from any body and is legally appointed by several companies If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me any time Regards, Marisel C*** From The office of R & M Agency *** *** *** ***
