Review: R and M Air Conditioning HVAC of Ossining was hired to rework some air ducts in two rooms of my home over three and a half months ago. Most of the work was completed, however we were instructed to call back and schedule a return visit to address the outstanding issues. They came back to quote the second portion of the job about two months ago but have not returned to start the job. Numerous phone calls have been placed to the business, but none have been returned. I am no longer able to delay my other vendors and need resolution on this issue.Desired Settlement: To complete the work quoted in a timely fashion.

In regard to the complaint by [redacted], I contacted

the customer and went to the house on July 19th to remove a

small piece of duct to allow the plumber to complete his work.

This work was not part of the original job we did in March.

I asked [redacted] to contact you and inform you that

the problem was resolved. I spoke with her this morning

and she assured me she would email you today.
