Review: I bought a tv I may and had gotten the extended warranty and contacted Sony about an issue with the tv they had me call someone else to have them look at it but the other company said that I have to pay for it but it's under warranty so I shouldn't have to pay then I call them back and they say that the issues I'm having are normal but I've asked and found on the internet and it's not normal I sent pictures of it too and they will not fix this I've been try to get this fixed for 2 weeks I have the warranty and it is covered all I want is for someone to come out to fix it but Sony doesn't want to fix it and it's not right what do I do next and I tried to talk to a manager with them and they wouldn't let me talk to one they tried to fix it and they didn't do that I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours and that never happened either I had to call them for them to give me to someone else and they want me to pay to have it fixedDesired Settlement: I just want Sony or someone to fix the tv cause it is under warranty

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from dell with extended warranty. They unit was set up 3 weeks after delivery due to the size and weight. It was woking quite right so I had Geek Squad calibrate it for $249.99. I also bought the subwoofer on [redacted] for $219. After 10 calls to sony I could never get anybody due to the system always being down in a foreign country. I finally reached someone and was asked to email pictures. After that there was no one in my area to service it and was found to be defective. I was called by sony and was advised to send receipts for reimbursement. I sent all 4 receipts to sony. I then get a call stating that I was going to get a replacement unit. They said I needed to provide them with a major credit card in order to expedite the shipping of the unit. If I didn't return my defective unit my card would be billed. The unit shipped and it turns out to be a swap. I didn't have to give my visa card to sony at all. I was misinformed and fraudulent charges appeared on my card from the Caribbean. Neva logistics could not deliver without picking the defective unit which was at another location. I called sony once again to try to fix things and no solution was reached. I received a call form the local delivery company and I refused delivery. I told the sony representative I was disappointed at sony and wanted nothing to with them except for their play station with I had since the first one. Event # [redacted]Desired Settlement: I need a check reimbursement in the amount of $5,247.91 for the tv, $250.09 for the non refundable extended warranty, $219 for the subwoofer I will no longer need/accessory for the tv, and last $249.99 for the non refundable tv calibration from best buy for a total of = $5,966.99
