I have called the person that the contract was with several times to reach an agreement I assume this is not who has emailed you I assume it is her new boyfriend who I have been to the police to get an order of protection against because he was messaging my mother on Facebook and showing up at my job sites and threatening me he told me if I didn't put the fencing for free that I would end up like [redacted] who after some research I discovered that [redacted] head beating him into a vegetative state and in fact been to prison for several years ago. At that time I discontinue contact with ND alerted the local law enforcement and attempted to contact the actual customer who is [redacted] stanislawski. She has not returned my call. So to clarify I was provided with a receipt through a previous email from you and I answered with the pictures depicting the job with the receipt had been completed. I have attempted to reach the homeowner [redacted] several times to discuss what we could do I dug holes at the instruction of [redacted] I was permitted on the property and in fact invited back to pick up the materials which he said he was going to throw away if I did not come back on the property and remove. If you have someone named [redacted] telling you that he gave me $1,600 I would like to see that receipt provided because the work began and then when he informed me that I would not be paid work was discontinued and his online attack began. As mentioned he is not an actual customer and has supplied proof that he is not a customer in the receipt provided yesterday. I was misled by [redacted] to believe that he would be taking over [redacted] Sands laskey's End of the contract however when he informed me he would not be paying our relationship was over and as mentioned above it was a less than amicable separation. Again I have called [redacted] several times for I went to the police about [redacted] harassment and while I was at the police station at the direction of the sheriff my calls have not been returned I believe that [redacted] and I could get to a resolution that works for both of us however [redacted]'s involvement has made for several setbacks and discomfort by both sides.

Response taken by phone:  The fence is installed and the gate is ready and will go in as soon as we get above freezing.

Wood fence does not get concrete. I told her last week that I would take care of it. The fence cannot fall down unless something crashed into it.

The first Message I received from Mr.Fitzgerald for  this year was on March 29,2016. There were no communication from him from 1/1/2016 to 3/29/2016. When I received the sms from him I had contacted Revdex.com regarding this as this dispute was not yet resolved. So he contacted me  several times for 3 months is unsubstantiated claim from him same as Mr. Fitzgerald informed about installing the fence after winter. I never received this information from him but from Revdex.com response.I did not respond to Mr. Fitzgerald's SMS  as Revdex.com is involved in the mediation so instead called Revdex.com. Please refer my "sms.pdf" attachment and you will see that Mr. Fitzgerald makes unsubstantiated claims. So it has been over six months since I had paid deposit to Mr. Fitzgerald even though  he was supposed install the fence within 12 weeks ie before christmas last year and keeps claiming he was in touch with me for the last 3 months which was not ture as you see from my "SMS.PDF" I request Mr.Fitzgerald to return my deposit money of $2000.00. Thanks, [redacted]

I never received any paperwork from the court and I did go to court.  The consumer said he sued me and I just think this is crazy. I asked him did he want the fence done, he said no, so I sold part of the fence that I was suppose to put up.  I guess I will cut him a check, I don't know...

when it will be, I will check with my accountant.

Before they paid me they we walked around the fence and there were no complaints, I fixed what I needed to fix.  The holes underneath had nothing to do with me, the ground is uneven and there are animals out there that dig holes under the fence. While doing the job, the two consumers had...

different ideals of what they wanted, so I split the difference, also against my better judgement, they ask me to use some of their old fence and that is why there is some gaps and I regret doing it.  The only thing I feel that needs to be done is the panel in which they state is not the same color.  I will be out that way in a couple of weeks and I can repair at that time.

The customer called in winter and I told him I could not help him until 10-12 weeks after the thaw.  I have the materials and will call him today.

Response taken by phone:  There was a big miscommunication with this customer.  The consumer did sign our contract in the middle of November.  The contract states that it will take up to 12 weeks to install the fence.   I purchased all the materials for his fence but now that...

winter is here I cannot install it.  I have spoken to the customer and let him know he will be one of the first fences that we install this Spring.
