in less than 2 weeks roofs are leaking in more places prior to work done. [redacted] has not responded to phone calls in last 2 weeks. he has failed to honer warranty. There is a very real possibility that [redacted] took thousands of dollars and provided no work at all. Civil action may begin unless action is taken by [redacted]/RM Milwaukee Roofing and repair to correct leakage in roofs. If it is discovered that [redacted] has taken thousands of dollars and not done the work contracted for criminal charges may also be sought.Desired Settlement: For [redacted] to perform the work paid for and to honer the warranty.

Review: This complaint is against [redacted], Milwaukee Roofing.I contracted with RM to repair my roof and chimney.Upon inspection of the completed job it was noted that the tuckpointing on the chimney was not completed and parts of the chimney were not repaired. There are numerous cracks that have not been filled and repaired. I pointed this out to Mr. RM and he agreed that more work needed to be done to the chimney.He promised to return the next day to finish the job .Although I was hesitant, I agreed to pay [redacted] in full with the assurance that he would return within the allotted time to repair the chimney as contracted originally.(On 7/2/2013 he gave me written confirmation that "Chimney will be completed 7/3/2013).It did rain on 7/3 and [redacted] did not show up. I did call him on 7/6 and he told me that his tools were stolen, however, he would come by on 7/9( borrowing tools from a friend). Again, [redacted] did not show up on 7/9 and made no effort to contact me. Since than I have left several voice messages and one e-mail, but have heard nothing from [redacted] had received the amount contracted in full but did not finish the work he was suppose to do.Desired Settlement: I am requesting [redacted] finish the job as contracted or a refund of $ 600.00 for unfinished work on chimney

Review: On 7/11/14 Raymond [redacted] dba RM Milwaukee Roofing came to my house and provided me with a estimate to repair my roof. We agreed on a price of $480.00 and the work was to began and be completed on the same day. Mr [redacted] employees completed the work on 7/11/14. On 7/12/14 it rained and I noticed my roof was leaking in the area that should have been repaired by RM Milwaukee Roofing. I then contacted Mr [redacted] and have since tried to reach him several times and I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money for the shoddy work.

I am the owner Ray [redacted] of Rm Milwaukee Roofing. I did talk to [redacted] and by the way he said this work was done on his roof. No roof work was contracted I would have him send in the contract.

The work was for gutter repair only, only and yes we got busy and I was unable to get to his house rite when he called. All work had been done. He said two areas of the gutter were still leaking.

Review: I hired this company to vent a roof for me. The owner told me the work was complete and charged me $975. I later discovered that the roof was never vented, and the scope of work he proposed was inadequate for the roof. When I contacted him with proof that the roof was never vented, he stopped returning my voicemails or answering my calls.

He is also falsely advertising his name as Milwaukee Roofing, instead of RW Milwaukee Roofing, which has an F rating on Revdex.com already due to customer complaints. I was not able find him before hiring because of him not providing his accurate business name.Desired Settlement: $375 paid back to me. I had to hire another contractor to vent the roof for $375. If this is not resolved, I will be filing a claim in small claims court.
