I am not sure what the continued objection is, I will try to be as clear as possible, we are providing the client the requested refund.

Pursuant to its contract with the client, Invents has performed and continues to perform its service. The company does not find that the client has expressed a problem with the service to validate a refund.

The client has not specified a complaint to address, other than the company is fraudulent. The company has performed on the clients contract as specified in the agreement. With no further details of the complaint the company does not feel a refund would be warranted.
