This insurance is like putting a butterfly bandage on an open heart surgery patient. Everyone raved about how good it was. I fell for it. Of course I have to take some of the blame because I did not read the entire policy and what they actually cover. Which is very very little. Be sure and read your entire policy. Their cap on serious issues are so small. I researched other insurance companies and by paying an extra $200 a month (I know it seems like a lot but ) you balance it out at the end of the year you will be way way better using a more reputable company. Not to mention NO ONE has ever heard of this company everywhere I went. If you can guarantee in your life, which there is no guarantee, you will never have any issues while on this insurance then it is cheap and worth it. BUT don't go breaking a leg or needing any major medical because you may be surprised how little they actually cover. READ the policy for sure. My bet is you end up going with another company

After a customer of ours spoke with my husband and I about how great this insurance is, after having it a couple months and finally using it, we quickly realized that everything we were told was total **this plan is a nightmareliterally every time I speak with someone at this company, everything they tell me turns out to be falsei can hardly find any doctors let alone dentists, optometrists, etcthat are in the networkSave yourself money time and trouble by choosing a different companyIt’s not that i’m not likely to recommend this company (what the star rating suggests) but that I recommend to run away from any salesman pushing this as quickly as possibleDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Worst Health Insurance ever!!! First off, none of my routine doctor visits were covered the first year Then when they did decide to cover the doctor visit they only pay $I was then responsible for the remaining $ If I didn't have insurance my doctor would put me on self-pay and I'd only have to pay $ So, it costs me more out of pocket to have insurance than notSecond, when I called the insurance office to see what if any of my lab work is covered, they told me they would pay $towards the labs Then when I get the lab bill I find they only paid $30, and there was a $"discount" and I was left with the remaining $ Why be so deceitful and out and out lie to me?
Third, I called to cancell this POS in the middle of the monthly billing cycle and was told I would get a refund of the remaining month After calling them several times, over a week period to find out where the refund is, I'm told it will take weeks to process Seriously??? weeks??? It doesn't take them 24hrs to process debit to my bank account, why should I wait weeks? When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they are miraculously all in a meeting I was told someone would call me back and, of course, that never happenedForth, They don't cover any pharmacy drugs They sent me a "discount card" I got a better discount through *** then through this companyThey also didn't cover a flu shot that my doctor wanted me to get Overall they covered hardly anything for the price I paidI also found out through my doctors, dentist and pharmacy that this is not "real" insurance but a discount plan That is NOT what they said when I signed up for thisSo, here we are I will write this review on every review site, social media site and medical insurance site that I can find Power to the word of mouth I hope it spreads as fast as foot and mouth disease
