First off I have given you a rebate of to compensate you Your passport was finished and delivered to you at your location Friday 07-29-@10:amI will not give another + as compensationYou have to own some responsibility for this situationYou should have been more aware of what the passport agent was doing when you were visiting them and watched what was being doneI do not guarantee how fast the U.S Department of State takes to finish passports My day service is a approximation of the flow of passports at the time of submission.your passport was delayed because of a Fee error on your part So you have a passport in your hands nowIt's disappointing this process didn't go as smoothly as we had hopedAfter finding out the Department of State need $more I wrote a company check to pay for the passport cardIt was me who informed you about the shortageI will own this part of thisWe never talked about you needing a passport card or if you wanted both book and card combo, So, I had no Idea of a fee problem on you application form.However from now on I will triple check so that a customer has not made mistakes on the application form ( like checking the wrong box indicating that both a passport book and card combo are needed).If you are pointing blame here maybe you also should ask the County Clerk at the Courthouse to refund you the passport application fee because they supposedly reviewed the application but also failed to catch the mistake on the applicationThey did not charge the correct government fee of but instead accepted your check of Do you think that they will accept blame for not double checking your app?Why didn't you pay attention to what the clerk was doing and tell them that you wanted a passport book only or passport card combo before they sealed the package? I am rejecting this response because: I feel that MrC*** should take responsibility for half the
expediting fee, that I had to pay another company to get my Tourist Visa processI am only asking him to pay half for a job that he didn't get done. I am rejecting this response because: Still paid $for the service, after the $refundI'm not asking for a full refund, but more than the $I was never notified of the process taking longer than expected, or longer than the service I paid forBecause of this, I had to cancel my shuttle (14.50), change plane tickets (113.23), and miss days vacation or what could've been work (priceless)I had even asked if I could cancel services for a full refund days before I had even received my passport, and the answer was no.

So , You are not asking for a full refund? Then how much are you asking for? I have rebated you to bring you payment level to that of the day service.The fact is that I Do not guarantee the issuance of passports I am acting as you courier and not as your mommaMy position is that you should have paid more attention to the way the passport clerk was putting together the package at the courtIf you would have seen that you made a mistake of checking the passport card and passport book box you could have let the clerk know that she was charging you the wrong fee. You asked for a business day service yet you did not leave room for any delay from the passport agency. When there is a delay and a correction to the application the U.S Depart of State does not fix problems the same dayThe problem is fixed the next day. How fast the state Department moves is beyond my control I was able to save some of your vacation by acting as your courierI wrote the check to fix your problem and beg for your passport to be finished so that you would still be able to go on vacation .What more did you expect? The fact is that you did receive your passport and you did travel using it! I am not responsible for delays in processing for the U.S Department of StateACE Passport Services

I am rejecting this response because:The fact is I payed for services I did not recieve. I know all too well that if I hadn't called you, you would've never have called to tell me I wasn't going to get it in time. If you cant guarantee your service them why bother in the 1st place. I asked which service I should use to assure that I get my passport in time; you said the 3 day. Had you have said the 1 day, I would've done that instead. You rushed the entire process. I told you this is my 1st passport and you failed to go over all the correct information. You're blaming me and the clerk, which is absurd.

I did not tell you to hire another company in the middle of the visa process. I am willing to refund the amount of money that you paid me but I not willing to pay for 1/2 of the fee that you paid the other company to replace me.I am sorry that it has come to this but, we can take this but accepting the refund or we can go into mediation or as far as going to small claims court. I will pay 85.00 but not an addition 100.00 that you took on yourself to hire another company because you were panicking and freaking out. IF YOU READ CLOSELY TO MY VISA PAGE ON MY WEBSITE. THAT ACE IS NOT THE AUTHORIZING PARTY FOR VISAS AND DOES NOT CONTROL THE SPEED OF THE PROCESS OF THE PROCESS AT THE CONSULATE.  ( WE ACT AS YOUR COURIER TO DELIVER AND PICKUP THE COMPLETED VISA )                                                      THIS IS MY FINAL ANSWER.

I will reimburse the customer 85.00 for the amount that I charges . I will not be liable to pay for another service to take my place. ACE Passport Services
