satisfactorilyWe have agreed to add a coat of epoxy sealer waterproofing paint to help ensure no further inside water dampness to basement wall A problem was discovered on the outside of the foundation, which was not In our original contract We have at no charge to the ***'s agreed to repair the outside foundation of their home as a further protective measureWe have agreed at no charge to the ***'s, to parge cracks and holes and waterproof the outside foundation and seal exposed foundation portionWe have discussed this plan with the ***'s and they have agreed to it Work is scheduled for the week of May 9,2016, weather permittingEnclosed is the original work order along with a new work order of additional work to be done at no charge to the ***'sSigned by them.Sincerely, MARK L***President, THREE RIVERS BUILDERSMay 4,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me They've been out to fix the issues that have been discussed after several complaints to the owner of unsatisfactory work performance and sloppiness There has been some miscommunication issues with the company, as to the work we wanted performed on our home especially with waterproofing and downspoutsDuring conversations between the owner and I, he has misinterpreted me and the work I wanted done on our home such as: a proxy coating, downspouts, and water issues coming in behind our electrical breaker boxThere has been other occasions he didn't recall what we have discussed in our prior conversations However, so far with light to moderate rain, we have not seen anymore water issues since the proxy was put on our basement walls and outside wallsOur downspouts have now been put to the correct way we have asked of themIt took several complaints to the owner to correct the problemI feel the owner needs to pay closer attention to detailI had to ask them to come back to fix things they tried to cut corners onI also had to have them fix a section where concrete was poured but not smoothed outWe also had to complain a few times to get them to fix behind out breaker box where water was seeping behind and coming under our hot water tankWe had to have them waterproof our front steps where water was pouring down our basement steps at the basement ceiling area onto the basement floorWe had to have them fix our storm cellar doors to prevent water seeping down our walkout stepsWhen I first spoken with Mark, I was promised a dry basement and that was what I was expectingAfter contacting the Revdex.com, so far we are happy that they have came back to fix errorsIt took a complaint to the Revdex.com to make them stand behind their workI feel without the complaint to the Revdex.com things would've been left behind with error or problems
