They are only after your money. They bill twice as much as other clinics and make you pay in advance. They use your health situation for their own advantages. They gave me an ESTIMATE for the treatment, that clearly said that it's an estimate only and that the final amount may change. In my case the final amount for rendered services was lower than what I have paid, but they refuse to refund me the balance. Highly dissatisfied and will be filing consumer complaint with all other possible agencies, also considering legal actions.

After thoroughly reviewing this patient's complaint, I think the issue may have been resolved. I am not certain about the timing of her filing with your organization, but she has been reimbursed a total of $805, and the charges for services received are greater than what was paid. The account has been closed on our end with no further remittance expected.
We appreciate the chance to respond, and regret that Ms. was unhappy. We have responded to her concerns by reimbursing her a large portion of what was collected, and have worked to make our financial documentation clearer. We have additionally changed the way we collect for IUI cycles and now collect with each appointment rather than collecting a global fee (global cycle fees are an industry standard however).
We are hopeful that she is at peace with the resolution provided, and wish her only the best.
