We certainly understand the frustration of a project that has been held up Basement Waterproofing pulled the permit on July 11, The city had multiple requests for additional information on our materials which were to be provided by the manufacturers These were provided to the city as quickly as they arrived, but the final approval was not given until August 11th, and the permit received by Basement Waterproofing on August 15th.All items as purchased on the contract signed by Mr [redacted] will be provided as specified At this time there are temporary support posts in place which will be replaced with those specified in the contract as well as the steel beamWe apologize for any misunderstanding on the timing of the job, but as in any construction job there can be circumstances that extend a job, in order to provide a quality product.Basement Waterproofing did shim Mr [redacted] 's hot water tank to level it, which is a and customary practice in our industry and does not pose any danger.Now that the final permit was issued this week, Basement Waterproofing will be working on as rapid a completion as possible while maintaining safety and quality standards.Basement Waterproofing is committed to providing a quality, professional installation of whatever is purchased from them, and looks forward to the satisfactory finalization for Mr [redacted]

I am very sorry for any miscommunication however, the cover/door access panel is what is appropriate for this type of installation however, we are definitely wanting to help resolve your issue so that you are left with a resolution to your complaint that is satisfactory I was informed that [redacted] met with you last week to discuss this matter with you and he informed you that the proper way to handle this would be to have an electrical line professionally ran into the encapsulated area On your original contract it does show an image of the door that we install and this is the type of door that should be used in this type of application If you use any other type of door or panel that allows a gap, you run the risk of bugs, insects, and rodents to enter that space since it is then not completely sealed off I informed [redacted] and [redacted] of this complaint and [redacted] will be calling you tomorrow to schedule a time to come out and try to come up with another sort of resolution Please let me know if what you guys come up with is a satisfactory fix for you since, we wish to make sure that you are happy and the job is done correctlySincerely, [redacted] ***Basement Waterproofing of MI
