I own a Chevrolet Cavalier that about nine months ago had a heater core leak. I was quoted about $700 from another business and was told the time consuming part was taking apart the dash. After tackling most of the job myself getting the entire dash apart and struggling with the hoses, I went to RMF Auto because they said they would finish the job for me. "Clock in and Clock out" they said, I even supplied the part. I gave them a call the evening after I drove the car over with no dash to get it fixed and they told me that after five hours with a master mechanic, the job was going to be $734! And they filled my freon for me AC. Then I called them out on it claiming that I was quoted that for the whole job, and the dash was the time consuming part, they then insulted me saying I only scratched the surface, made me pay and I had to put the entire dash back together. Well I was mad for a long time, getting [redacted] like that, but now I finally got the pressure sensor serviced and my ac fixed. The shop said to me "I don't know who filled your freon, but there was about three times more in there than there should have been." And who was the last to fill it, RMF, they tried to sabotage my AC, so I would spend more money. I will never go back here, they took advantage of me, insulted me, and sabotaged my property.

Review: I got three problems actually. First being that I spent thousands here on new tires and rims and they promised me free tire rotations for the life of the tires. Now they say they will not honor the free rotations! Second, the customer service agent I spoke with at the counter is lucky I didn't SNAP and fold him up! He purposely started a big argument in front of my 8 and 10 year old children that got pretty heated! The argument stemmed from him trying to charge me for work they didn't even do! I KNOW BECAUSE THE FORD DEALERSHIP DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AN HOUR LATER!!! Which was to pull the transmission pan and check for debris. All they told me is what I told them when I brought it to them. So basically they tried to charge me for work they didn't even do! Third, They have a set of my keys and are refusing to give them back! If I don't get anywhere with this complaint, I will call the Sheriff's Office, I have some friends in the department who will assist me in retrieving my property. If I don't have to bother them I won't. Please advise.Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want my property returned to me, which are my spare set of keys to my truck. I don't want anything else from them. EVER!
