R M G Not agree whit customer request.previous repair done and paid by warranty company, customer never call or complain for bad brakes.Customer show up whit Brake pads on hand said wants money back.? we honor our warranty, repair must be done by us

Customer arrived at Rmg with only the parts in his hand. He did not have a receipt with him, and he also did not have his car with him. He did not let us check his car again. We would be glad to recheck his vehicle and solve this issue.
