Review: Dear Sir/MadamOn May **, 2014 Ive ordered a Beats Executive Over-Ear Headphones (Silver) via my [redacted] account. My order #: [redacted]. But when it arrived it was not working. Specifically one of speakers (left) will randomly stop reproducing the sound. I immediately contacted Seller via [redacted] suite, asking for either replacement (first choice), or full refund (second).In original reply I was told that this item can not be returned to RMGREEN since it has been opened. However after I filed a claim (as per [redacted] phone advice) I got a returning address. After I returned item, On June **-2014 I got a refund of $100. However this is only partial amount, as RMGREEN charges a 50% re-stocking fee. As I described before Item was Defected, and Malfunctioning. Since RMGREEN did not offer a replacement, please help me to get a full refund.Desired Settlement: Please help me to get a full refund
