My name is Arlena and I just picked up my car from Landers Auto BodyI did file a complaint about the fact that my car was there for two months and the customer service wasn't greatMy when was DavidI was very upset when I filed my complaint because for the third or fourth time, I was told that my car would be ready and again it wasn'tI still feel that the customer service needs be improved but the service is amazingIt took FOREVER and I was frustrated and stressed a lotIn the end, I must admit that Landers Auto Body did an impeccable job on my vehicleMy car looks like I just drove it off the car lot for the first time Please talk to your agents about how they keep in touch with their clients and you all will be an A in my bookThank you David for the work you completed and hopefully I will never have to go back because I don't plan on being in any accidents but if it happens I would go back On the condition of weekly updates on everything
