New homeowner- repairs as part of contract for home was done my RMJ construction INC FL, repairs not completed correct. Company will not respond
Invoice available from company and included in documents with transaction of the house. Panel was installed wrong and not labeled in adequate powers settling to major appliances. Wrong set up of double breakers

Paid for work and it was never done. Also, nothing done to contract specs. VERY poor quality work.
October 1, 2018 RMJ began remodeling/repairing my home. It was all supposed to be finished within 3 months, and now 9 months later, not one single room is completed. Almost all of the work that was done had to be redone at my cost because the work was such poor quality. Nothing plumb, nothing square, many code violations, etc.
I have contacted RMJ on several occasions and was lied to regarding permits, qualifications of subs, payment to subs, deadlines, and more.
No one has been here to work since December, although RMJ showed up trying to collect MORE money, even though what I have paid for has not been done yet. I have asked for a refund for unfinished work and got no response.
Very bad work. Very dishonest people. He and she do a good cop/bad cop kind of thing, but don't fall for it!

They started a small project that should have been no longer than 2 weeks to complete, but took 8 and still not complete. They send guys 1 day and then take 3-7 days to come back with no phone calls to let us know what's going. When finally returning our numerous phone calls, they came up with excuse after excuse on why they do not communicate. Throughout the duration of the project there were several setbacks including a flooded bathroom, plumbing installed wrong by a non licensed plumber and other issues that a professional tradesman would never claim their work on. Furthermore they have fraudulently charged us 650% over the cost of permits that were never acquired, and lied to us saying that they were already issued. In addition these permits were never given to us via email or physical copy. When I told them they wouldn't get their final payment until I had permits in hand and work issues addressed, they informed me they would not remove the lien on my house until I payed. They started this project by putting a lien on the house. They don't have the permits to do the work, they didn't do good work, but they armed themselves with a lien.

I paid RMJ to replace my flooring through my entire home. Most of the floor was completed except the part that has a step from the dinning room into the living room. This the contractor said he would finish when the part that he has ordered comes in. I paid in full trusting that the work would be completed. This was 11/10/2018. I am selling the house and an inspection was done. The house didn't pass inspection because the flooring was bubbling and not sealed properly and the step was not finished. The inspection occurred the beginning of January. From December through February of this year RMJ has been contacted to fix and complete the floor. They did come back to seal the floor but parts are still lifting and the step has not been completed. Phone calls, texts, and E-mails have been sent to RMJ stating that everything needed to be completed before closing. RMJ said that this will be done before 2/4/2019. Closing of the house was suppose to happen today 2/4/2019 but did not happen because the floor is not completed. In speaking with them today they said that they still needed to order the part.
