The business represented the photos as being "vintage" photos. No mention of lasecopies in their description. No matter what they suggest in reference to coming in to assess their listed items in person, very dificult to do when so far away. I rely on the auction house to be professional and consult with experts when listing their items, for me to deterine what my maximum bid will be. The also suggest that their assessment may differ from mine, had they used the term "lasercopy" I never would've bid on this lot. Laserphotos are invaluable and unsellable. I have attached an attachment with their original auction description. and one of the laserphotos. In conclusion, I will also add that each of these lasercopies, all state laserphoto and were not viewable from their auction photographs. I'm not happy with their decision to ignore this, I also paid for Ohio sales tax and a buyer's premium which I'm not trying to recuperate. I was trying to be fair and only ask for $150 of my money back, when in turn I paid closer in total to $250.

the items to the best of our knowledge as to items descriptions and conditions, but our assessment may differ from yours and we HIGHLY recommend viewing of all auction items. Most of our items are vintage and antique collectibles and will show normal wear consistent with age, which is to be expected. We do our best to note chips, cracks, blemishes tears, holes etc. All measurements, colors, and sizes are approximate. Item Pick up: All auctions have a designated pick up time per auction. Any items not picked up will be charged to your credit card along with a $10.00 storage fee per week per auction. If items are not picked up within 21 days of auctions end RMR and only RMR reserves the right to consider the items abandoned. RMR also under sole discretion reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for disposal or removal costs of said items. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the scheduled pick up times for each auction. After non pick up your bidder number may be permanently revoked and items resold without any credit being given to purchaser/buyer. If there is any discrepancy or items missing it MUST BE NOTED and resolved at pickup or RMR will not be held responsible. Pick up is the buyer's responsibility. No items will be released without a paid email receipt.Payment: We accept credit card only payments. Your credit card will be charged immediately following each auction and you must bring a printed invoice to pickup. If your card on file is declined, you will be charged an additional $10 processing fee to your invoice and your account will be blocked until your invoice is paid. Please contact RMR if this happens. We do not accept charge backs and there will be a $35.00 fee on returned checks. Any declined credit cards will be charged an additional 5.00 processing fee to bring the card back to current.The bidder had the time to view the items at pick up and after viewing signed their name and left our building with the items.
