We have accepted full responsibility for any miscommunication and/or misunderstandings that have occurred on this project
We have been in
contact with *** and her husband *** to rectify the issues and have completed the work to their satisfaction
They expressed that they had been very frustrated when the complaint was written and that the tone of the complaint had reflected thatAfter speaking to both of them and performing a final walk through with *** he expressed that they were happy with the final outcome and told me that they have since asked the Revdex.com to rescind the complaint

We spoke to the manager and appreciate his prompt replyThe job has since been completed and signed off by an city inspector

1. The roof was never completed on this date 10/08/that is not trueWe do have a proof when and what time the city inspected their work2. From the date that they finish the work until today we are still waiting the window to be fixThis business (RMX) is forgetting that they signed a contract to finish the work 100%They are trying to tell us we finished the roof and good luck with your windowsThat is not how it should work they should respect the contract and finish the work 100%3. They claim that there was difficulty to reach us due to that we don’t speak EnglishWe told them we do speak English and admit that we have an accentHowever, our children were born in *** and speak EnglishFixing the window have nothing to do with English language4. The customer service person that answered my phone calls was very disrespectful person that likes to argue rather listen to our concernsThat person was blaming us (customers) they cannot fix the window since we don’t speak English*** is very diversity State5. Since that time, there have been 20-calls to their officeThey don’t want to finish the work that they are playing games with us6. We want them to finish the work and get paidWe taking our complaint to *** and *** and will continue to take many other options within our rights

The roof was completed on August of Since that time, there have been 10-calls from two different office personnel plus several calls from our installer in an attempt to schedule the window re-glaze with no response from the homeownerAfter such an extended period of time attempting to
schedule and complete the work, we have decided it would be in our best interest to subtract the remaining work and we are billing for what is completeHe says that nobody called him and he doesn’t have to pay until the work is completedOur phone logs show differently and at this point we do not wish to continue to try to schedule the window re-glaze even though we had to special order and have paid for the glassWe have subtracted all remaining work that has not been completed from the final invoice and we require payment for the completed portion of the projectA mechanics lien shall remain in effect on the property until all funds owed are collected

!. Yes the roof was complete on the date stated. City inspections happen at a later date and have nothing to do with completion date or time.2. Yes you were still waiting to get the window fixed because you would never return calls so that it could be scheduled. (minimum 20 calls and emails). You would not allow the work to be scheduled and then complain it is not done so you don't have to pay?3.As far as the English speaking, that has nothing to do with you not returning calls. Trades need to schedule with the homeowner. Not just stop by the house to see if someone is home. Also the children are young children. Grade school age. nobody can enter a house without scheduling with the homeowner or a representative at least 18 tears of age.4. You are correct in stating that fixing the window has nothing to do with speaking English. Our office staff and trades are very diverse. It has everything to do with you not returning our repeated calls to attempt to schedule the completion of the project.5. You have definitely not made 20-25 calls to our office. If this were true, you could easily have scheduled a time to finish the project.6. You think that by not scheduling and allowing us to finish the project relieves you of your responsibility to pay for the rst of the work that has been completed. It does not. You may contact [redacted] and [redacted] also. Perhaps they can explain it in a way that you will understand the responsibility as a homeowner in regards to withholding funds and progress payments and also not allowing work to be completed on a timely manner.
