RMR Roofing & Restoration

A bit disappointed in RMR -- they replaced my roof last year. This year (with the roof only 10 months old) -- we noticed leaks in the roof. I sent 3 emails to the sales guy (Allen) - no response. I left 2 voicemails at the company. That was 2 weeks ago. So I would not recommend these guys -- I will have to pay someone else now to fix the roof -- stay away from these guys. They get the check and they disappear.

We hired RMR roofing to repair and paint our house from the result of a hailstorm. The roof has been completed. Our issue is that RMR construction has decided to stop painting our house, For reasons unknown exactly. I spoke with RMR and they mentioned they have not received a full check amount from the insurance. Insurance pains out what was ask from the home inspection days after claim had been submitted. RMR has a greed with the amount insurance was willing to pay and they continued with work. House took over 6 months to paint after many phone calls to RMR. The painter *** owner of *** was contracted from RMR has damaged our siding, dropped paint on our stamped and stained walkway, paint in our driveway, paint on our shingles, paint on our car trailer, paint on our decorative rock siding and paint on our barbecue grill. *** with *** had left everyday at noon for a month while he painted our house. End of story is that our house is still not painted completely. Many areas are still left unpainted along with many areas not properly sealed for future water damage. RMR construction has stopped all future work completion and made it very clear they will not be finishing work. Reasons unknown?

I have had multiple roofing projects with them and have always been more than satisfied. I will always use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I possibly can.
