Do not move here. It is beautiful when you move in but this company does nothing but rip you off. They raise you rent every time your lease comes up for renewal. They also try to charge you for false problems when you move out.

Review: To whom this may concern,I, [redacted], had taken a trip to New York in the mid-month of July 2013. My vehicle's transmission failed hence I brought it in to "RMR DAVE TRANSMISSION CORP." in Long Island, NY. I was told by the owner([redacted])that my transmission will need rebuild/overhaul. Work was performed and I paid the owner([redacted])$1500 for this repair/rebuild. The receipt stated "Six Month Warranty, starting from 07-**-2013". After we left NY, I got stranded in Pennsylvania. I then towed it to a nearby repair facility only to find out that my transmission fluid had completely leaked out due to improper clamps used for the transmission lines. The repair facility repaired the line and filled the Transmission fluid and I left for home. Although, while driving the vehicle seemed odd but "driveable" I reached home. Within next day the Vehicle started "smoking" and I took it my mechanic and he said, "transmission is burned and needs repair/rebuild". I called the owner of RMR DAVE TRANSMISSION CORP. and told him that the transmission needs repair. His response was valid as it can be, henceforth his request was the bring the Vehicle back to New York for him to repair/rebuild it once again. I asked him if he can help with the tow or a rental truck. He said he will split the cost of the rental. I rented a truck and took it back to NY. When I reached there they replaced the transmission, which took a week and never paid me for the rental cost. Driving back to Michigan, the transmission went out again. I could not believe this and I called [redacted] once again and his response was vulgar, rude and said "I'm not going to do anything about this" and hung up the phone. I'm completely terrified by him and his business ethics. I'm out a substantial amount of money, time off work, rental cost and have to pay again for the Transmission repair/rebuild done "right" elsewhere. My experience has led me to believe this business is unprofessional and unreliable. This business will not stand behind its work.Desired Settlement: My plea remains of full refund for unsatisfactory work performed, cost associated with second shop repairs, rental truck/tow and Fuel charges. Time loss at work without pay has already put me behind on my monthly bills. However, I believe my situation needs justification and attention as I'm lost without "Revdex.com" help.
