RMS- Recovery Management Services

This organization has contacted my concerning my student debt. I read the letter and called the phone number they provided was incorrect. I called the number several times, each time I checked and rechecked, to make certain I was calling the correct number. Each time the number sent me to an organization that was not Recover Management Services. The letter informed me that they had attempted to call me several time, however I have not received a phone call from them. I took it upon myself to check the Revdex.com site and found other individuals have experienced unprofessional activity from this organization as well.

I gave the company all my bank info so the monthly payments could be taken out on time and not once did it work. Every month they call to say my account is delinquent. I have never had so many issues with a company like this before.

No stars. This is the most unprofessional debt collecting agency. They call you multiple times in a row even after leaving a voicemail. They called me at my office even after the fact that I asked them numerous times on a recorded line not to call my office line. I had all my payments scheduled & they still called to verify just my address even though I had already given it to them. They basically just pester you.
