I had this contractor pour me a concrete pad for my shedHe didn't comply with city codes and now it has to be moved I had RMS Services pour me a concrete pad to place my shed onBefore he poured it he asked where I wanted it, and I asked how far it had to be from the fence line for easement purposesHe did not follow City of [redacted] easement code and now I have to move itI called him and asked if he could fix the problem since I spent $ [redacted] on the concrete pad plus the concrete rampI was told from RMS that it was not his responsibility to know what the code for easement is supposed to beI asked him isn't that part of being a builder, to comply with codes? He says it's not his problemNow I've received a letter plus a phone call from the City of [redacted] that if I do not move my shed within easement codes by [redacted] they will place a lien against my homeI would like the problem resolved sooner then laterPlease help! I paid him by check for the work he did
