refund sent to homeowner on 2/20/

I spoke to the home owner and we credited his account for all pieces of plywood his account is paid in full

Issued a refund per her request and sent it to her insurance company

We have are repairman going today after 5pm to fix his leaks

We never got the materials back?

All repairs were completed the customer was satisfied

We will credit his balance due $250 when he returns the materials to RSG supply and they notify usThank you!
