I am rejecting this response because:*** this video is of my emails on the 26th where a very professional looking quote is sent to me, I just do not see how or why a hacker would do this it just does not make sense when they tell me they were hacked on the 24th. I started looking at the cars on the 20th of febuary prior to the alleged hack of their website. then on the 26th I requested the dealers infoand started arranging financing, asking about taking time off work for travel, checking for insurance quotes as would be the for buying a car. then on the 28th I go to the Revdex.com and finally get a response and I feel that I am not responsible for the security of their website nor am I responsible for the losses that may be associated with that. So if I was looking at the cars on the 2-20-on *** and the *** was hacked on 2-24-then how were they there on the 20th? which was days prior to the alleged hacking of their websitealso *** is the site I was on not *** as you can see in the video of my emails that *** is the site that the emails were sent from so what does that have to do with ***? Which to be honest this is seeming more like an excuse when I consider the facts and the statements of RN autosales

WEEK AFTER PURCHASING THE CAR 2/2015 - BLOWN HEAD GASKETS. REFERENCE TO COMPLAINT ID: 10516708. NOW WITH BARELY 3 MONTHS OF DRIVE TIME SINCE PURCHASED & COMPLETED HEAD GASKET REPAIR (WHICH THE VEHICLE SAT UNDRIVABLE FOR A MONTH) THE VEHICLE NOW HAS A BLOWN ENGINE WHICH REPAIRS WOULD EXCEED $2,500. AT TIME OF TRAVEL 06/20/2015 LEFT MY CHILD AND I STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF A BUSY HIGHWAY. THE VEHICLE IS FULLY NON OPERATIONAL & IS PARKED AT A LOCATION 200+ MILES AWAY AS A TOW TO MY RESIDENCY WOULD COST IN EXCESS OF $500. I HAVE BEEN PUT IN THE POSITION OF AN UNDUE HARDSHIP BY PURCHASING THE VEHICLE FROM RN AUTO WHO DO NOT SERVICE OR INSPECT VEHICLES LISTED ON LOT TO BE SOLD. *WHICH I HAVE TEXT DOCUMENTATION DIRECT FROM THE SALES REP STATING THE VEHICLES ARE "CHECKED" AND SMOGGED. PER THE SMOG SHOP, THE ONLY SERVICE PROVIDED TO THE VEHICLE WAS THE SMOG CHECK. THE VEHICLE SOMEHOW PASSED SMOG WITH A INITIAL PROBLEM OF BLOWN HEAD GASKETS, BAD CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND NOW A COMPLETELY BLOWN ENGINE. THE SELLER IS COMPLETELY MISGUIDING. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER LIVING IN A RURAL AREA THAT REQUIRES ADEQUATE, RELIABLE AND SAFE TRANSPORTATION, AS I WORK TWO JOBS TO PROVIDE. AGAIN, I DID NOT GET RN AUTO'S ADVERTISED "BEST QUALITY USED CAR". AND DO NOT BELEIVE THE BUSINESS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUOUSLY ADVERTISE AND OPERATE AS SO.THE VEHICLE TO BE TAKEN BACK AND A REFUND OF ALL MONIES INITIALLY INVESTED. THE LOAN DISCONTINUED. A FULLY PAID REPAIR AT MY CHOICE OF QUALIFIED AUTO MECHANIC. AS I DO NOT BELEIVE RN AUTO HAVE ANY BUSINESS MORALS/PRACTICES OR ETHICS IN PROVIDING QUALITY VEHICLE OR REPAIRS FROM ASSOCIATED BUSINESSES TO ITS CONSUMERS. I BELEIVE AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE BUSINESS, ASSOCIATED SMOG/REPAIR SHOP, IS NECESSARY DUE TO MISLEADING PRACTICES AND SALES OF USED VEHICLES TO ITS CONSUMERS.

Hi. when customer purchase the car at time she had the option to take the car to there own mechanic or buy the contract cancellation option agreement, which is good for 48 hours if they don't like the car they can bring it back she cancelled the contract, and the car sold (AS IS) how ever 2 week after she purchase the car she called and mention that the car has problem,and she don't want to deal with our mechanic in Sacramento we send her $800 courtesy check to repair the car the mechanic she trust, and she closed the complained with Revdex.com now 3 months later she complained again the car has problem on this point opportunity there is nothing we can do.    Thanks [redacted]
