Hiwhen customer purchase the car at time she had the option to take the car to there own mechanic or buy the contract cancellation option agreement, which is good for hours if they don't like the car they can bring it back she cancelled the contract, and the car sold (AS IS) how ever week after she purchase the car she called and mention that the car has problem,and she don't want to deal with our mechanic in Sacramento we send her $courtesy check to repair the car the mechanic she trust, and she closed the complained with Revdex.com now months later she complained again the car has problem on this point opportunity there is nothing we can do Thanks [redacted]

After seeing vehicles posted online for sale I inquired and the site confirmed the cars were available still so I took the time to fill out a request to talk to someone about the vehicles A [redacted] and a [redacted] Exige After days I did not receive a response I then called and left a message on their voicemail and no reply this was at 4pm est which is 1pm in CA So I call today and no one answers and I get voicemail but its full now I understand being busy though I do not understand why they would have a vehicle list as FOR SALE and advertised as such (see links included) then no reply from this business I feel now that they are falsely advertising these cars and have wasted my time or worse that this was a method to either bring in more customers or to get peoples contact info for advertising though I could speculate all day the truth is I do not live in california so I have no idea if this is a real business since they do not reply to anyone The l

Dealer is not accommodating in dealing with complaint issue. 3 days after possession of the car, service light came on. Recently found out 2 Catalytic converters of the 2006 BMW 330i found non-operational. Called RN Auto Dealer and told them the problem. Dealer used the angry mode approach and treatened to hang up the phone. Instead of talking calm and nice to a customer no matter how angry is the customer, they told me that they're not entertaining the problem and will do nothing to it.

Review: On 2/21/2015 I purchased a used vehicle from RN Auto Sales located at 7900 E. Stockton Sacramento, CA a 2007 [redacted] Impreza 2.5i. Which after a week of owning & operating, the vehicles check engine light came on 2/28/2015 OBD2 codes pulled a P0026 & P0028 Oil control valves & below efficiency of the Catalytic converter. After a inspection at a local repair shop in Sonora, CA 3/04/2015 the owner of the business, also a certified [redacted] mechanic, personally advised he owner of RN Auto that the Head Gaskets of the vehicle are blown. Which in turn will soon make the vehicle non operational. There were no obvious, external signs of problems or issues due to the engine compartment being steam cleaned, misleading the buyer by appearance. The owner of the local repair shop advised he is willing to do the repair of the head gaskets & oil control valves at a discounted rate. 3/05/2015 I called the owner of RN Auto, he offered $400 for repairs of the vehicle. I advised I would not accept the offer of $400 for repairs of the vehicle. Upon research of the web a Consumer complaint indicated that another consumer also purchased a vehicle and two weeks later the vehicle was inspected and also found the vehicle to have blown head gaskets. Is a brake and light inspection required in the state of California to sell a vehicle? I have receipts for multiple lights/high mount brake light, etc. Which should have been addressed, and fully operational prior to sale of the vehicle. I am a single mother with two jobs. I fully rely upon my vehicle living in a rural area, which allows me to be gainfully employed and provide safe reliable transportation for my child and myself. I purchased the vehicle in good faith from RN Auto that it was a quality used vehicle, as I inquired multiple times with the dealers sales representative. I was constantly reassured the vehicle was in good running condition. I did not receive RN Autos advertised "best quality car"Desired Settlement: I request RN Auto to be held fully responsible for the cost of repairs of the associated vehicle and pay my personal choice of mechanic. I also request compensation in full to the financial institution associated with my loan with RN Auto sales. An investigation further into business, consumer and financial practices by RN Auto.
