Hi my name is *** i'm the manager of RNB CarsFirst of all it's a Jetta not Customer signed agreement to have full coverage insurance for all time while the vehicle is being financedWhich she failed to do soThe full down
payment for the vehicle was $2,which was to be paid by 9/15/15, which she still owesAlso two payments of $each for the months of 09/06/and 10/06/were paidBy contract the customer failed to bring full down payment and failed to provide full coverage insuranceI called the customer times for prove of insurance and down paymentsAs of 11/10/customer still owes $which to this date we still haven't receivedAlso I contracted her job the manager there said they don't have anyone working there by her nameI also sent an email with all pictures of the paperwork for you to see your selfPlease call if you have any questions XXX-XXX-XXXX Thank you

I have been working for *** for years Which I have provided a pay stub to the car dealership , so im not sure in which number the owner was calling but I have endless paper trail connecting me to my employer from pay stubs to w2s to a letter from a letter from hr- I've worked for my company for a period of years and monthsReading through the agreement I signed with the owner , not having full coverage on the vehicle would not result in a repossession of the car , I read through it and it clearly states that the car should have full coverage in the event that it does not , the amount for full coverage will be added to the total of the car , in no way , shape or form did it say a repossession would occurAlso when obtaining my insurance I let the owner know that because the car was used the insurance company required the car be inspectedI told him I worked mon - fri XX-XXX and would have to add the full coverage when I had a day off because they were closed on the weekendsAlso as far as the down payment , I constantly spoke with his assistant , we sat down and made a plan for payments I told her I did not know how I would be able to put down the down payment , she said worry about the payments first and then we can get to the down paymentDuring this experience there was a lot of misinformation given and a lot of information not fully disclosedAlso a day or so before he repossessed the car I made a payment if he intention of repossession , it would have been professional to set the expectation with the customer that a repossession would occurAt this point , I have loss my money and that I've come to terms with that , I just want future customers to be treated with professionalism and integrity

we will by email send you the pictures of her credit application where you can see she signed and fill out all the information neededwe tried to contact her employer many times and the information seem to be the line would go straight to an answer machine or fax machine there on we had no way to verify if the person works for that companyalso we will send picture of the agreement to provide insurance where she signed and read the information givenalso they call to make a payment by phone of $where the custumer cancel the payment so it never when into our accountthere was many issues with the communication we had with the consumer, we would like her to provide any kind of assurance that she spoke to one of our employees about not worring about the down payment just her car paymentwe do give costomers time to pay off the down payment and when we do with submitted to the contract or bill of sale to not have this kind of missunderstanding, she bought the car on August 06,the date that we repossessed the car was on october 21,we gave her more than the time to get her full coverage insurance and she never did

Dear [redacted]We have received your complaint and we do apologize for misunderstanding. The price of a car that you bought is $15300, however on top of that you need to pay taxes that are not included. Also, because of your bad credit history there is a 21% charge interest due to...

financing. On top of all that there are financial charges that financial company charges and we have no power over that. Last time we spoke with you on the phone we agreed that you would come in so we could go over all the paperwork and charges one more time until both of us satisfied and come to an agreement.
