HelloIndeed, there was an issue with the delivery of the order to this customerCustomer complained on July 23rd and I refunded him fully within hours of complaint and notified him with this email:"Hello ***Thank you for contacting us.I apologize about the mis-delivery and I refunded your payment fullySee *** Transaction ID # *** It may take few hours for *** to process it and you should receive an email about it once it's completed. Sorry again and if you need any further help or info just let me know, Have a great day! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I did receive the product after the complaint was filed, although I'm not sure why the company didn't just return my emails and voicemails in the first place.

I looked into this case, and couldn't find any written correspondence with Mr. [redacted]. I did however find that we refunded his payment fully via Paypal on Jan. 5th 2015, so perhaps the correspondence was via phone (unless the written communication was under a different name and email, I...

reviewed every correspondence with a: "[redacted], and [redacted]   Please see below the Paypal refund information. Due to the fact that it was over 60 days since the customer's purchase, (10.10.2014), the funds were sent to him as: "money sent" and not as a: "refund".
