Mrs [redacted] purchased a used set of wheels on 2/21/that were missing a couple of insert piecesThese inserts are for cosmetic purposes only and do not effect anything w/ the mounting or balancing of the wheelsShe did decide to go ahead w/ the purchase and have them installed that dayHer Salesperson, *** did order the pieces that dayUnfortunately we found out a few days later that they were on back order from the manufacturer at that timeThey finally have more available at the Manufacturer and we look forward to having them in the next few daysThere will be no charge for these insert pieces, of course

To Whom it may concern:
Ms. *** is not a customer of RNR, her husband *** *** is a customer with our store in Greenville, SC. RNR has spoken to Mr*** ***, and we have resolved the issue with our actual customer. Ms*** is
being unreasonable with her attack of RNR. We have tried to explain our rental agreement to her several times and she does not want to listen to reason. We have a complete pay history that shows where every penny they have paid has been posted to there rental agreement. As a act of good faith we have paid in full Mr*** ***'s agreement with RNR. Our actual customer is satisfied and RNR considers the matter to be closed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, I never made reference to this issue being anything aside from or greater than the non delivered goods that I was promised by this vender after their taking my money. Also, I attempted to contact these people on several occasion and was not assured I would receive the inserts until reporting the issue to Revdex.com. Therefore, thanks a bunch for all your help. I doubt this would have been resolved without you. Lastly,  I have NOT yet gotten a call from these people NOR have I gotten the inserts as of today.
Regards, [redacted]

Mrs. [redacted] purchased a used set of wheels on 2/21/15 that were missing a couple of insert pieces. These inserts are for cosmetic purposes only and do not effect anything w/ the mounting or balancing of the wheels. She did decide to go ahead w/ the purchase and have them installed that...

day. Her Salesperson, [redacted] did order the pieces that day. Unfortunately we found out a few days later that they were on back order from the manufacturer at that time. They finally have more available at the Manufacturer and we look forward to having them in the next few days. There will be no charge for these insert pieces, of course.

It seems apparent that there was a miscommunication, at some point, about this payment. We have refunded the $65.38 payment back on his Credit Card. Hopefully this will resolve the issue Mr. [redacted] was having. We will continue to strive for the best Customer Service possible!

...                           29 Feb 2016 To Whom It May Concern:     This correspondence is in reference to a complaint filed against RNR Tires by [redacted].  The complaint Mrs. [redacted] filed with the Revdex.com could have been avoided by Ms. [redacted] simply doing what she agreed upon in her lease agreement which is to make each and every renewal on or before its due date.   The fact in this matter is Ms. [redacted] would not come into the store as required to make the weekly renewal on the accounts making it necessary for us to attempt to make contact with her based on the length of her delinquency and that she had not made contact with the store herself to make payment arrangements.  On the occasion mentioned, Ms. [redacted] did in fact come in to the store at closing time. Our Accounts Representative did make the final contact attempt of the day while Ms. [redacted] was in the store, as he was unaware she was in the building.  The Account Representative apologized for the contact. Ms. [redacted] came in the store after close of business while we were in the process of closing our computers, making it necessary for us to give her a hand written receipt showing the account paid in full.   As I was leaving I did see Ms. [redacted] in the parking lot working on a vehicle with several other people, I did not ask if they required assistance because while in the store Ms. [redacted] was rather verbally abusive towards store staff and therefore I assumed she was still angry and wanted nothing to do with us at that time. We definitely strive to give exceptional customer service to each and every one of our valued customers. Thank you for your time.   Sincerely, [redacted] Manager RNR Wheels Spartanburg, SC

Good afternoon, first off this complaint was sent to the [redacted] location when in fact the tires were sold to Mr. [redacted] here at the [redacted] location. The facts in this matter are we did sell Mr. [redacted] a set of 245/3520 tires this size is more than compatible on his particular vehicle. We...

offer certain services depending on which way the customer obtains the tires. We have a Pay as you go program also known as a Rent to Own program, if you are on this program there is a replacement option as long as you are making the payments until you obtain ownership if you damage the tire. Mr. [redacted] came in and purchased these tires for the discounted cash price, this cash price covers free installation free rotate and balancing and free flat REPAIR (not replacement) for the life of the tire. A bulge in the sidewall is damage caused by the driver hitting  some sort of road hazard , pothole etc. a bulge in the sidewall is not from a tire being too wide. A bulge in the sidewall cannot can be repaired therefore its necessary for the customer to purchase another tire at an even greater discounted price which was offered to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] made this purchase on 7 February, 2015 and files a complaint on 25 April 2015 That's 77 days for Mr. [redacted] to come up with the idea of the tires being too large? Mr. [redacted] expecting a FREE tire Replacement is almost like Buying a new car and 77 days later having some sort of accident and expecting the retailer to give him another new car for free. We are more than willing to provide Mr. [redacted] with all the services we offer all of our customers however free tire replacement on a retail sale is in no way part of our program. Again we are willing to offer Mr. [redacted] a tire at a greatly discounted rate, but not for free. Please see attachments. Thank you for your time.
Any further correspondence should be sent to the correct store location [redacted]@RNRWHEELS.COM

To Whom it may concern,
I personally spoke w/ Mr. [redacted] on the week of May 15th. He explained to me that he no longer had possession of our Merchandise. I then explained that he...

was still responsible, per the Contract he signed, to maintain his current payments or payout his account since we didn't have the Merchandise either. I also offered him a very small settlement (at a loss to our Company) just to extinguish the situation. He told me that he wasn't paying anything at that time and would call me back shortly but never did. Since then we have made numerous attempts by phone and field visits to contact and/or locate Mr. [redacted] and our Property. He did finally call back after we left messages in person at his house for him to contact us. Per the notes in our system, he committed himself verbally to pay on 5/29/15 w/ one of my Employees. He has made several payments over the phone w/ a Credit Card according to his Payment History. We would still offer a settlement amount to pay out his current account or attempt to make payment arrangements w/ Mr. [redacted].         As far as any other problems w/ our Companies service issues w/ Mr. [redacted], I am not aware of any and we have nothing on file. We have an amazing In-House payment program that offers everyone "Free" Replacement from damages sustained by Road Hazard. I show no claims that have been reported or filed for Mr. [redacted].
It always seems that the only Customers that don't absolutely Love our products and services are the ones that do not intend to pay!

With Kind Regards,
[redacted] RNR Mgr.

That's not going to happen. According to RNR they have resolved the account and that is fine. We are done doing business with them now and will never do business with them again.  I as [redacted] wife help handle his finances since he does work. If RNR had an issue with me speaking to them regarding my husbands account they should not have given me account details. Such as rental agreement rates, pay history, and pay off rental rates, they should have stated from the beginning that they did not want to discuss this information with me instead of giving me the incorrect information. The matter has been resolved and my husband is satisfied. I would like for RNR to never contact us again. Thank you.
