June 23, 2014To whom it may concern,Hello my name is Vincent W[redacted] Vice-President of RNV Electric. I never signed a contract or received any money from the customer [redacted] for [redacted] [redacted]. She hire a unlicensed that I never met to do the job. I was contacted by...

[redacted] who also was doing work on the job. He told me that the job was almost roughed in and needed a permit because he was afraid of getting a voilation from L&I. I was told by ** if I Get The permit I would be able to finish the job and if the owner didn't accept my bid I could cancel the permit. So I got the rough permit with the Impression I was going to finish the job. At this time I didn't meet the owner. I meet her at the time we were going to have the rough inspected She Talked to me about finishing the job & giving her a bid. So I walked Through to see what she needed to finish. So I wrote a proposal up and Texted it to her on 12/20. I still have the writen proposal on my company Letter head. I gave her a fair price just so her job can get done. The Material was around $3000.00 and I was charging her $3000.00 for labor.Which is a very fair price. So she continued with an unlicensed contractor To finish her job and on 01/04/14 she texted me to inform me she was Going To consumer affairs & that day to pursue legal action. To This I replyed Why are you telling me this. I not under contract with you You need to text ** & [redacted] (the unlicensed contractor that I didn't even knowWho she had doing the work, I havent heard from her until now. This Complait is unwarranted. She wants her job done for free because she Couldn't afford a license contractor. She never gave me any money she Never even paid for the permit. She conned me. I will be talking to L&ITo see how I have to handle something like this in case it happens to Me again. This is a scam. She knew she didnt pay RNVElectric or Vincent W[redacted] any money. This job had nothing to do with me, but she went to L&I and now I have a voilation on my license. She never had a contract Or anything with RNVElectric.Im also going to send you a copy of the proposal that I text to her on 12/20 that she didnt accept because she said she already paid for the job. But this proposal was for the final, that was not even started yet. The Building wasnt even sheet rocked yet. She is a con artist.Sincerely Vincent W[redacted]

To Whom It may Concern, ,I am responding to ID: [redacted], There are a number of false statements made by Mr. Vince W[redacted].Mr Vince W[redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] all operated in a partnership with regards to the over $12,000.00 that was paid for [redacted]Mr. Vince W[redacted] obtained three permits for my property. Permit [redacted] on 8/26/13, Permit [redacted] on 11/14/13 and amended permit on 12/13/13 as a result of him attending a meeting with L and I and them advising that the electrical prints were not sufficient to meeting code. I paid Vince directly for this permit and Vince also returned the permit to me.Mr. Vince W[redacted] submitted electrical plans which were completed on November 13, 2013 which notes [redacted] ([redacted]s Company). These plans were approved on December 9, 2013.The plan review fist Vince W[redacted] as the contractor.Vince W[redacted] was also for the inspection of the service entry upgrade with Code Inspections, Inc.All permits were obtained before any work was started. He also mentions not meeting the owner (i.e. myself). was not met therefore I did not organize this Ponzi scheme. It appears to me that Mr. W[redacted] and associates tried to scam me and he may be associated with some con artist however, because of my due diligence they were notable to fully get away with taking my money!Mr, W[redacted] stated that he text me a proposal. I think a proposal is to detailed to be texted and technology does not allow for letterhead to be texted. -L and l Case [redacted] was opened on May 29, 2014 and should have been resolved by July , 2014. As of today, all outstanding have not been, corrected and the final inspection has not been completed.I am still spending money on this project trying to resolve the electrical issues.I am attaching the L and I complaint, Permits, Contract and Plan Review submission.Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter.

Review: I have unfulfilled promises for months for completion of my electrical work. I have tried to contact the contractors working under this permit as well as the permit owner however, they have been less than cooperative. The contractor has been paid in full. I tried contacting Vince W[redacted] who is a partner in RNV Electric and he hung up on me and told me to contact [redacted] and **. Although he pulled this permit he is not willing to help me to resolve this situation. Please advise as to how I can escalate further to have the outstanding work on my building complete and inspected so I can finalize my building inspection. I currently have tenants scheduled to move in the first week of June. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter. The contacts for RNV Electric are: Vince W[redacted] ###-###-####[redacted] ###-###-####[redacted] ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I need to have all electrical work complete and inspected by Code Inspections, Inc by June 1, 2014 or a refund in the amount of $6,000.
