Review: I contracted this business to renovate my bathroom. His workers processed to cause more interior damage by using a sledge hammer to perform demolition work in my bathroom. The exterior hallway walls to the bathroom and my interiro bedroom wall adjacent to the bathroom were demolished due to the use of the sledgehammer. And, the plumber he subcontracted, [redacted] Plumbing and Heating didn't properly repair my plumbing and additional damage to my living room ceiling and closet was done to find where the pipes were located. His crew doften left demo items in myhome for days as oppose to going to the dump on a consistent basis. In fact, they left my toilet which the workers used still in my bathroom. I have been calling him constantly to come and get it with no only empty responses that he'll come and get it. And, they didn't have the proper coverings which would have diminished the amount of dust and debris left in my home, so I had to wash done my upstairs and downstairs floors on a daily basis to minimize the amount of dust throughout my house. I have had his work assessed, and he didn't correctly nor entirely demolish the bathroom which he stated in his contract, and his business incorrectly demolished the bathroom floor for the plubming work. The cement work done after the plumbing work was assessed as inproper and was not level which would have caused future damage to the bathroom if not left as it was done by his business. Overall, his work was shoddy and caused additional damage to my home.Desired Settlement: I want the entire amount of the contract balance of $3,200; plumbing repair work paid of $1,000; and amount assessed to repair the hallway walls, bedroom walls, living room ceiling and closet for an amount of $1,800 since all of the walls and ceilings are plaster for a total of $6,000.
