Agreeing to inspect per termite bond on the house. Tried to get this done for 3 months.Bought this house in November 2015 this house under bond by this company. I called the end of February and [redacted] claimed they mailed a renewal to us at a Durham address. This address is Cary NC. Never received it. He agreed to come but that he was busy and might take a couple of weeks ([redacted]). Continued to call every couple of weeks. He returned calls and said he would but never did. My last call last week, the receptionist, wife or whomever answers their phone, said she would have [redacted] call me back. I stated to her that I didn't understand why it is taking 3 months of calls and still no show. They ignored this last call from me. This is very poor service definately is not right. Desired SettlementTo do what they should do, inspect per the bond so it stays in place.
