Then multiple calls with additional complaints getting out of control as [redacted] suggested bias remarks as she wants a full refund and I will see her in court. 1. The air was low not flat and corrected after drop. 2. The tire is mounted in the front seat where no clients are placed. 3. As the pic sent of the driver shows him in a dress shirt, slacks and shoes (Not boots) the only problem I have is him smoking a cigarette. Funny that is not even mentioned. 4. The driver was on his second ride with the company and made a mistake not having ice for the water. This also was rectified on the way to the event. 5. The taillight cover was cracked and has been ordered for repair. 6. The air conditioner did work before and after this job so can’t answer. 7. The interior has a party lighting theme. 8. The minimal line of rust was caused by the harsh winter. We had just replaced the rooftop and had an appointment in the paint shop. In closure Ambassador Limo provide the service that promised. The children were picked up on time and returned safely. It just seems that [redacted] was looking for a free ride and when she was unsatisfied with the response she went to a bias level. She was never told this was a new hummer nor made arrangements to come see before reserving. This vehicle is used for weddings with no complaints from the clients.
