Review: We were at the grand canyon and had reservations at this motel. It was getting late and figured we wouldn't be able to make the drive to seligman. We called they said you need 24 hours to cancel but due to the circumstances they would gladly refund our money. Well a month later guess what they charged for the full price of the room. We call them to ask why they said they needed 72 hours for cancellations. I would have driven the extra hour to get there if they would have told us upfront.Desired Settlement: Refund my $76.57 back on my credit card.
