I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have called on multiple occasions for no pick up On September 17, 2015, they offered a credit to my account due to being weeks lateNot only did I not receive a credit, but when they were late again ((October 30,2015), they proceeded to tell me that I waited too long to call to inform them that they did not pick up my trashseriously??? I contacted them a third time (December 23, 2015) to inform they did not pick up my trash and they only said the truck was broke but did not offer a credit This company has the worst costumer service ever! Unfortunately I live in a rural area and do not have a choice of using another service If you have a choice I would advise you to go with another company
This company is horrific. Not reliable at all. Trash is not picked up on scheduled date. When you call they sell you wolf tickets. They do not care about customer service at all
I have had Progressive for my garbage pick-up for my residence for 3 years in south Tyler- Baker Plantation area.
They have been late for more than 2 days on several occasions usually around the holidays. Garbage piled on our street for days makes the neighborhood look bad!
Today is Friday 7/3/2015 , my scheduled pickup was on Wednesday - still no truck.
The majority of our neighbors have switched to Rite-Way, we will do the same.
They skipped pick ups many weeks and when I closed my business they picked up the dumpster early because it was "more convienent" for them. We had a ton of trash piled up from emptying our 10000 sq foot building but they did not care at all. Horrible attitude from M[redacted] and she said we would need to pay $150 to get the trash picked up even though she admitted they picked the dumpster up on the wrong date and had skipped the prior week pickup like always. The sales rep B[redacted] helped me out by letting me fill his truck with the trash to take back with him but he even admitted they have poor customer service and the drivers skip pick ups often.

Do not us unless you can plan your dumps 7-days in advanceThey are slow to respond and dealing with them is a headache
