Review: I bought a BMW with the guarantee of I had to buy 5 year warrantee with this 2008 bmw. He told me that in my contract I had a 5 year warrantee. in order to buy this car. The car was sold to me with a 5 year warrantee and I also gave in my acura towards it.and $1,000.00 down. When I took my car off the dealership. I started having problems with it. I called them to see about my warrantee they told me I had none even thought with my contract I started with only 18,895.00 for car and $5,000.00 added for warantee My whole bill came out to almost 30,000.00 with sales and tax $35,000.00 .They cheated me out of my warantee. So far I paid out of my own money $3,000.00. They are not returning calls My mother went in person he the owner [redacted] was not there left messages for him to return call never called I am tired of being cheated out of warantee, and them taking $5,000.00 and adding to my bill. This company is terrible.Desired Settlement: If they donot give me refund I want refund of car I bought from them.

The Complaint of the customer [redacted] is invalid no warranty was purchased at all at the time of the vehicle purchase. The ad that was running at the time was special that if a extended warranty was purchased the vehicle 'would then be a particular price " the customer declined this advertisement and wanted to purchase the, vehicle for a negotiated price without the additional warranty. The customer used his trade in one 2003 Acura TL and $1000.00 cash as a down payment on the 5 Series BMW he purchased here and signed for. He however did not agree or sign for to the terms or price of the extended warranty.

[Your Answer Here]I bought the car with internet price of $18.995.00. I gave in my car which they paid off. The owner told me he cannot sell this car to me without a 5 year warranty. I said ok. I bought the car thinking that I have a warranty because I told him parts are expensive for repair. Which when I took car after I bought it,started having trouble already thinking I have coverage I called them and they told me I had to talk to owner which he was never there. I made sure when I bought this car it was supposed to have warranty. Those were the conditions he sold it to me , If I didnot want warranty they would not sell this car to me. I donot know what is going on I gave a $1,000.00 down and they bought my car for $3,731.24. I am furious because I was told I had to get warranty for this bmw. So how come my car that cost only &18.995.00 came to $28,302.06, with the $1,000.00 I gave down it came to $27,302.06. I am furious with this statement they made , they cheated me out of a warranty and added that amount I was supposed to pay for warranty to my car. I spent over $3,000.00 for repair on this car. this is the truth I am a young guy that works hard. I donot need this stress.

I am not agreeing to what this owner of road masters said. They sold me a bmw that was listed on craiglist for $18,999.00 they told me I had to buy warranty with this ad. I am tired of this owner lying to people they added another 5,000.00 to my bill, also took my car I traded in. They are the worst company I ever bought a car from.

We have responded to this case several times this will be our Final offered response, We do apologize for the miscommunication that you were under the impression that you had an extended warranty with this vehicle , However you did not pay for or sign any documentation to that effect, Once again we cannot refund something that was never purchased from the start.
