nearly 50 full color photos.  There are certain things that cannot be evaluated mechanically during a visual inspection and should be disclosed by the seller prior to the purchase of the vehicle.  There are many things that can happen prior to taking possession of the vehicle and we have no way to ascertain what happened and when.  However, we do understand Mr. [redacted]s frustration in purchasing a vehicle that required unforeseen repairs and have extended a full refund to him as a token of goodwill.   We have received your follow up correspondence regarding Complaint ID# [redacted] Our inspection report reflects the inspector’s observations and documents the condition of the vehicle at the time it was inspected (ex. The photos of the undercarriage and garage floor show no oil leaks at the time of the inspection).  Again, with so many variables such as the amount of time since the inspection took place and shipping the vehicle across the country there are many things that can happen prior to taking possession of the vehicle and we have no way to ascertain what happened and when.  As we have stated in previous responses to Mr. [redacted], we stand by the quality of our inspections. With that being said, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Road Ready Inspections. As a way to bring resolution to this issue, we would be willing to extend a full refund to Mr. [redacted] for the cost of the inspection.

to say that all the things that needed repair on this vehicle mysteriously happened after you inspecred it is poppycock.TFX intl. is the top rated shipping company around.do u really think someone got in this vehicle and started breaking things?then opened the hood and somehow broke the washer pump? and mysteriously oil started to leak and fuses blew and flasher units quit working?C'mon.The inspector didnt do his job and there is no mystery

Thank you for sending the reply from Road Ready Inspections. I am not satisfied with the response and do not consider the matter resolved. Mr. S[redacted] offers nothing he has not already said in his correspondence with me. Most of the sentences are word for word the same. The response generalizes the specific issues in my complaint and addresses none of them.   Can the Revdex.com contact someone more senior in order to make some progress here?    Thank you for your help.   Regards,
