This is in response to the complaint made against our companyWe are sorry to hear that this customer is not satisfied with the purchase she made at our estate saleThere is always ample time for inspection of any item purchased as we do want everyone to be happy with the items they
purchase. This purchase was no exceptionAt all of our sales you will find signs posted clearly stating that all sales are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges. Along with that the receipt also states the same - no refunds or exchangesWhen setting up, photographing and pricing an entire houseful of merchandise we do our best to describe items. On our initial assessment of this piece tool chest we felt it was in fact ball bearing. We would have been more than happy to resolve this situation had we been contacted but we did not speak with or receive an email from this customer. We did in fact receive calls from someone on 12/11/whose number displayed as "unavailable". We do not respond to any blocked number calls and there was no voicemail left for us to respond to. I'm sorry she did not leave a number for us to call rather than contacting the Revdex.com with a complaintThat being said, we are still willing to take this purchase back and give her full credit for her purchase. However, she must contact us via email at *** in order for this to take place. We will then make arrangements with her for an appointment to be made to return the piece tool chest to us.
